1. Log in at www.us.hilti.com
2. Click on “My account
3. Click on “Manage Account
4. Select “Orders/Tracking/Invoices
4. Check the box next to the order you wish to request an invoice for. The order must show “Overall status” as “Completed” before an invoice can be requested.
5. Click on “Request an Invoice
6. You will see a message stating “Thanks for your request. You will receive an email shortly with the requested documents”.
7. If you already know the invoice number you wish to request copies of, you may also go to “Resources” tab 8. Click on “Billing and Payments” link.
9. Click on “Request an Invoice or Account Statement” link.
