Hilti North America: Contact Center Employer of Choice

In October 2008, Hilti's Customer Service Contact Center operation achieved the Gold level Contact Center Employer of Choice® (CCEOC) designation.

Hilti North America has two contact centers, Hilti Inc., located in Tulsa, OK for U.S. operations; and Hilti (Canada) Corporation in Mississauga, Ontario, for Canada operations. The contact center structure focuses on two key functional ares of the Hilti organization, sales teams and support teams.
