In October 2008, Hilti's Customer Service Contact Center operation achieved the Gold level Contact Center Employer of Choice® (CCEOC) designation.
Hilti North America has two contact centers, one located in Tulsa, OK for U.S. operations, and another in Mississauga, Ontario, for Canada operations. The contact center structure focuses on two key functional ares of the Hilti organization, sales teams and support teams.
With more than 1 million inbound customer calls, faxes, emails, post mail and EDI (electronic data interface) per year, Hilti's customer service teams take every opportunity to provide both internal and external customers with enthusiastic service.
The customer service teams are structured with a focus on segmentation by construction trade and geographical alignment to best serve our customers' needs. Hilti sales team members handle customer needs by providing product, technical, and Hilti service information, application expertise, help with order placement, and answer all general questions.
