Kwik Bolt TZ approval has been updated to include additional applications
The ICC ESR-1917 for the Hilti Kwik Bolt TZ expansion anchor has been revised and updated as of April 2012. The following updates were made:
- Added the 2012 IBC recognition for the most up-to-date code reference.
- Added the ability to go to 3-1/4 inch concrete thickness for concrete over metal deck applications for the 3/8 inch and 1/2 inch by 2 inch embedment anchors. See new table 6 and figure 5C.
- Added data in the soffit of concrete over metal 1-1/2-in. B-deck. See new table 5 and figure 5B.
