The corporate research team at Selling Power has identified Hilti as the best manufacturing company to sell for. Hilti finished first in the magazine’s annual “50 Best Companies to Sell For,” a comparison and evaluation of the largest U.S. sales forces.
Hilti North America: Contact Center Employer of Choice
In October 2008, Hilti's Customer Service Contact Center operation achieved the Gold level Contact Center Employer of Choice® (CCEOC) designation.
Hilti North America has two contact centers, Hilti Inc., located in Tulsa, OK for U.S. operations; and Hilti (Canada) Corporation in Mississauga, Ontario, for Canada operations. The contact center structure focuses on two key functional ares of the Hilti organization, sales teams and support teams.
