CP 680 family of cast-in firestop solutions
Hilti, Inc. has announced the addition of three new Cast-in Firestop devices. These new products compliment the existing Hilti Firestop product offering, particularly the line of CP 680 Cast-In Firestop Devices. The new solutions allow for a quick and easy method of firestopping several unique plumbing applications. The highly innovative, UL tested, plumbing solutions utilize devices that are set to the construction forms prior to pouring concrete.
Hilti CP 681 Tub Box Kit
The CP 681 Tub Box Kit allows easy placement for tub drain and overflow piping by providing a recessed area in the concrete slab. The sleeve, through which the tub drain piping is passed, is fully firestopped thus eliminating the need for additional materials such as caulks or sealants.

The unique Hilti Aerator Solution provides a recessed area from the underside of concrete decking for installation of single stack waste pipe system aerators. The system utilizes a CP 680 Cast-in Device and an innovative adapter that allows sufficient space for the aerator to be installed close to the deck, simplifying ceiling installation.
